Purchasing Agent (P.A)/Buyer
Job Requirements:
Manufacturing or Construction background.
Fabrication Sheet Metal experience a plus.
Made 2 Manage (M2M) software experience desirable.
Self disciplined -follow through to completion.
"Hands-on" individual.
Attention to detail.
Fast paced/Sense of Urgency.
Professional manners.
Team player.
Interface with manufacturing personnel.
Reports to General Manager.
Job Duties:
Ensures all material is bought according to the BOM.
Coordinates delivery of materials to plant according to the production/project's schedule.
Implements necessary procedures in order to keep all purchases flowing smooth to comply with dateline.
Stay current with changes in material prices and
obtaining cost effective quotes.
Entering and issuing purchase orders.
Expedite purchase orders to meet scheduling requirement
Review relevant invoices to resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate record keeping
Will be directly involved in vendor and part number maintenance in computer system.

Production Superintendent.
Job Requirements:
Manufacturing/Welding background.
Fabrication Sheet Metal a plus.
At least 5/6 years in this position.
Supervisory experience 10/15 years.
"Hands-on" in moving production on the Floor and running the Plant.
Strong personnel management skills.
Organized and detailed.
Excellent communication skills.
Fast paced work environment experience/Sense of Urgency.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Reports to Operations Manager.
Job Duties:
Supervises 5/6 Production Supervisors and 2/3 lead-men.
Coordinates production activities through all departments.
Assures that production is on schedule and prevent and avoid bottlenecks and delays.
Oversees all personnel training and development.
Responsible for Safety through supervisors.
Oversees materials management, working close with purchasing and production planner.
Maintain quality through out the production process.
